These classes invite you to slow down, breathe deeply and move with intention. Through gentle yet strengthening sequences, you’ll release tension, build stability and rediscover ease in your body.

Whether you’re feeling the strain of daily life, navigating lingering discomfort, or simply craving time to nurture yourself, this practice offers a place to restore balance — so you can feel stronger, sleep more soundly, and move through your days with greater comfort and calm.

Bless brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her teaching, blending mindful movement, functional alignment and creative sequencing with good tunes and a grounded, heart-centered approach. Classes are accessible to all levels and include props, modifications and demonstrations to support your body’s needs and encourage exploration at your own pace.

Come as you are — and leave feeling more at ease in your body and more connected to yourself.
