Sundays 9:30-10:45am + Thursdays 5:45-7pm
Breathe. Flow. Rest. An all levels yoga class combining slow fluid movements with the breath. Bless brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her teaching which focuses on intelligent, creative sequencing, postural alignment, good tunes and mindfulness. Classes include the use of props, modifications and demonstrations to create an environment where new students feel empowered and returning students feel challenged.
Drop-ins $21 (if a session is full, no drop-ins are allowed)

Gentle Flow - Mondays 9:30-10:30am
Gentle flow yoga encourages the body to move with a sense of ease from one posture to another through slow fluid movement. Engaging in mindful movement allows for connection to breath, an open heart, and a relaxed mind. These sessions will balance strength and stretch, effort and ease, and create space to explore your own personal practice

Roll + Release - Thursdays 9:30-10:30am
Roll and release yoga encourages the body to relax and let go of tension through the use of massage balls, as well as gentle, mindful stretching and deep breathing. This is a grounding practice that will promote enhanced mobility, increased circulation, tension relief and calming of the nervous system
