I have some weekday daytime and evening spots this summer! If you are having ongoing pain or tension in your body, difficulty enjoying activities you previously loved such as biking, tennis, walking or even yoga, or perhaps discomfort or trouble sleeping, then these sessions will be a great fit! We will explore how you are moving well and not moving well, work to balance your nervous system and find a path back to balance, coordination and ease in all aspects of your life.

My aim is to create a quiet space for moms to re-connect with their bodies and to connect and grow the community of mama’s doing the beautiful and sometimes physically and emotionally challenging job of raising young children.

These private yoga sessions are designed to support you in your unique postpartum healing journey. Through personalized guidance, gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, we’ll work together to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and cultivate healing from the inside out.
