Registration opens on Saturday August 24 @ 9am. There are the same two Hatha Flow classes on Sundays @ 9:30am and Thursdays @ 5:45pm, as well as a new Therapeutic Yoga class Thursdays @ 7:15pm. As some of you know, I am doing an 800 hour certification program in Yoga Therapy. This work is all about exploring your body's movement patterns and discovering what areas are moving well, and what areas could use more support to function better. You may have pain or tension causing you day to day discomfort or holding you back from doing activities that you love. Perhaps you have tried physio, massage, chiro....fill in the blank, had some relief, and yet still feel like there is something missing. I know I have, and this work has changed my approach to healing and yoga and I am seeing amazing results in myself and my clients. Together we will peel back layers of tension and adaptations and get to the root, building new connections from the brain to the body, improving function to regain coordination, fluidity, ease and even joy. New habits take time to build and maintain, so to help with that I am offering a discounted package rate of $250 for the first 5 Private Yoga Therapy Sessions. These sessions will be online on zoom. Private lessons are a great way for beginners to learn the basics before attending a class, for people needing modifications due to injury or other health concerns & for those looking to dive deeper into understanding their body with a 1-on-1 approach to their practice. Virtual or in person options.
CORPORATE YOGA
Starting at $60/session
Take yoga to work with you! Ball rolling, gentle stretching, slow flow, breath work, meditation and mindfulness practices. Virtual or in person options, 20, 30, 40 & 60 minute sessions. Email me to discuss setting up a program tailored to your needs and interests.
