Nurture + Heal: A Sanctuary for Mamas
Motherhood is a journey filled with love, joy, and connection—but it can also be physically and emotionally challenging. From navigating sleepless nights and postpartum healing to constantly being on-call for your little one, the early years of motherhood demand a lot from your body and mind. But what if you could do all of this with more ease, feeling truly supported by your body, your breath, and your inner strength?
In this Therapeutic Yoga workshop, we’ll explore ways to help you thrive—not just survive—during this precious time of motherhood. You’ll learn tools to support your body’s healing process, find relief from tension and fatigue, and tap into a sense of balance and well-being that helps you enjoy more moments of joy with your little one(s).
This workshop is for mamas who want to:
- Ease the physical toll of motherhood: Learn gentle yoga postures that release tension, improve circulation, and help you recover from the physical challenges of pregnancy, birth, and the demands of being a new mom.
- Restore your energy and calm your nervous system: Through guided breathwork and mindfulness techniques, discover how to regulate your stress, find moments of stillness, and feel grounded—even when life feels chaotic.
- Strengthen and support your body: Learn gentle practices to connect with and support your core and pelvic floor, so you can move through your day with more ease, whether you're carrying your baby, lifting, bending, or simply navigating the demands of motherhood.
- Reclaim joy in motherhood: Learn how to bring mindfulness and presence into your day, cultivating deeper connection with your little one(s) while nurturing yourself.
The early years of motherhood can feel overwhelming and isolating. But you don’t have to go through it alone. By cultivating a practice of self-care through yoga, breath, and gentle movement, you can feel more supported, empowered, and joyful in your role as a mother.
This session is ideal for all mamas—whether you're healing from birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or simply seeking a moment of calm amidst the busy day-to-day of motherhood. No prior yoga experience is required. Just bring your body, your breath, and an open heart.

This workshop will be recorded and you will have access to download the recording for one week. If plans change, you get interrupted, or you can't make the workshop time, you can still be a part of it!
