A monthly sanctuary to help mothers replenish, restore and reconnect —through yoga, breath and mindful presence
Nurture + Heal was created for you — the mother who gives deeply and is ready to receive that same care in return
You give so much of yourself each day — to your family, your work, your home
And often, your own needs fall to the side
You may feel tired, stretched thin, or a little disconnected from your body,
unsure how to find your way back to yourself
At the same time, there’s a desire for something more --
more ease, more balance, more support in how you move through your days
This is a space to gently weave self-care back into your life --
without pressure or perfection
Through movement, breath and rest, you’ll:
✧ Reconnect to your body — feeling grounded and supported from within
✧ Restore your energy and find more balance in your days
✧ Calm your nervous system and soften the mental load

Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?
Not at all. These sessions are gentle, guided, and accessible for all levels. You’ll be supported every step of the way.
How can I add one more thing to my schedule?
This isn’t about adding more — it’s about creating space.
Even one hour can help you feel more grounded, clear and supported in everything else you’re already holding.
Plus, you’ll have access to the recording, so you can return to it in your own time.

Do I need special equipment?
No special equipment is needed. A yoga mat or comfortable surface is great, and you can use pillows or blankets you already have at home for support.
Is this space inclusive?
Yes. This is a space where all bodies, identities and experiences are welcomed and respected. You are invited to come exactly as you are.
