Every part of Nurture + Heal is intentionally simple — created to support you, not overwhelm you
Monthly Online Session: A nourishing one-hour class blending yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork. If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive the full recording — plus shorter clips so you can enjoy quick practices whenever you need them.
Ongoing Access to Recordings: Keep access to each month’s session and mini-segments, so your practice fits seamlessly into your life.
1:1 Yoga Therapy Sessions (Optional Add-On): Private sessions for personalized guidance and deeper healing.
Community Connection: Occasional in-person workshops or mini-retreats for deeper rest, renewal, and shared support.

FAQ's
Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?
No — this space is for all moms, whether you’re brand new or returning to your practice.
How can I add one more thing to my schedule?
That’s exactly why Nurture + Heal exists. Each practice is designed to fit into your life, not add to it.
Do I need special equipment?
You don’t need fancy props. Sometimes we’ll use items you already have — towels, pillows, blankets, or a tennis ball. You’ll always get a short note before class with simple suggestions and easy alternatives.
Is this space inclusive?
Yes. All mothers — including those in 2SLGBTQI+ families — are welcome here, along with anyone identifying with the experience of mothering.
