I understand how challenging it can be to live with discomfort while searching for ways to feel better. For me, yoga therapy transformed how I approach healing and reshaped my relationship with my body and mind. It involves taking an active role in the healing process, learning and un-learning, exploring and witnessing yourself from a place of curiosity and kindness. As a result, I no longer experience daily neck tension or headaches, and the pain in my left foot has disappeared. Now, I can walk, sleep, and move with ease—and I’d love to support you on your own path to healing.
What Are Empowered Healing Sessions? These sessions offer a gentle, personalized way to explore and improve your body’s unique movement patterns. Together, we’ll take the time to notice which areas of your body move well and which areas could use more support.
