I’m a yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist with over a decade of experience supporting people to reconnect with their bodies—to move with ease, cultivate resilience, and find balance in their whole being. My approach combines mindfulness, functional movement, and a deep curiosity about the relationship between body and mind, creating practices that feel personal, accessible, and deeply nourishing. I offer personalized one-on-one yoga therapy sessions and workshops that support people through injuries, life transitions, or personal goals, helping them build sustainable practices for healing and wellness. In my group classes, I emphasize thoughtful sequencing, breath, and embodied awareness, making practice accessible, empowering and enjoyable. I also mentor yoga teachers, offering guidance and encouragement as they deepen their own practice and teaching. |
Outside the studio, I find inspiration in my son’s curiosity and joy, and love dancing to live music, tending my garden, and curling up with a good book.
