I’m a yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist with over a decade of experience supporting people to reconnect with their bodies—to move with ease, cultivate resilience, and find balance in their whole being. My approach combines mindfulness, functional movement and nervous system support. I have a deep curiosity about the relationship between body and mind and aim to create practices that feel personal, accessible, and deeply nourishing.

I offer personalized one-on-one yoga therapy sessions and workshops that support people through injuries, life transitions or personal goals, helping them build sustainable practices for healing and long-term wellness. In my group classes, I emphasize thoughtful sequencing, breath and embodied awareness, making practice accessible, empowering and enjoyable.
I am also a mentor and a guest faculty member at Lucy St John Yoga Therapy Vancouver.

Outside the studio, I find inspiration in my son’s curiosity and joy, and love dancing to live music, tending my garden, and curling up with a good book.
